Between work, taking care of the daily routines at home, and just relaxing, there is very little time left for me to sew. And yes, you read correctly: I got a job! Or should I say the job, because I am now working at the communications agency that had the recruitment event I wrote about here. No more unemployment for me.
Now I'm really happy that I signed up for the sewing class back in August. Even if I don't get any other sewing done, I have three hours dedicated to sewing each week. Well, I haven't actually started sewing in my class yet, because altering the patterns for my fabulous fall coat is taking longer than I expected. But I'm learning! And I promise to finish the coat before next spring, since it obviously won't be done before the winter gets here. (Brrr, I'm not looking forward to that.)
